all pieces are shipped from my studio in the blue mountains, Australia via express Australia Post (2 days australia wide, 1-3 weeks international).
Custom commissions over $1000 will be shipped with a secure courier and premium third party shipping insurance.

payment plans are available with Afterpay – or get in contact and we can make a custom payment plan that suits you

exchanges or refunds will be gladly offered for reasons such as receiving the wrong item, manufacturing flaws, or damage during transit (although i hope this doesn’t happen!).
unfortunately i cannot offer refunds due to incorrectly chosen sizing. in some cases, i may be able to offer an exchange (for an additional shipping fee), but for the majority of our pieces i cannot always guarantee that this will be possible as they are all one of a kind.
